Shipping policy

We offer free standard U.S. Shipping on order over $35. Free shipping will be via standard USPS shipping. Paid expedited shipping service is offered via UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped out on the next business day. Delivery time depends on your method of shipping, the carrier, and your location.

In the unforeseen circumstances of a delay under Cute Things Seattle, you will be informed within 24 hours. Shipping may be delayed due to other external situation such as weather, strike, carrier delays. While we feel for your frustration, we appreciate your understanding that these are not within our controls. We strive to minimize the impact of the delay but your understanding is appreciated.

Cute Things Seattle are not responsible for any stolen packages upon arrival of your location. Should the package get lost during shipping, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, should there be any damage during transportation, please contact us immediately upon arrival of the package. We will try our best to fix the problem.

We only ship within the U.S. and Canada at the moment. We are currently looking for a cost-effective way to ship our products worldwide. We will include that in our shipping policy once we have updates.
