Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you could request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return will only be accepted for purchase from our website. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your item to the original payment. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account.

Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately within 7 days upon receipt of the product. should there be any issues. Our goal is to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Please contact your merchant if you purchase it through other bricks and mortars. They may have other return policies. If you purchase through our Etsy store, please contact us through Etsy and follow its return policy.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns for sale items. All on-sale items are non-refundable.
